Approximation of forward curve models in commodity markets with arbitrage-free finite dimensional models. (arXiv:1512.05983v1 [q-fin.MF])
In this paper we show how to approximate a Heath-Jarrow-Morton dynamics for the forward prices in commodity markets with arbitrage-free models which have a finite dimensional state space. Moreover, we recover a closed form representation of the forward price dynamics in the approximation models and derive the rate of convergence uniformly over an interval of time to maturity to the true dynamics under certain additional smoothness conditions. In the Markovian case we can strengthen the convergence to be uniform over time as well. Our results are based on the construction of a convenient Riesz basis on the state space of the term structure dynamics.

Quadratic-exponential growth BSDEs with Jumps and their Malliavin's Differentiability. (arXiv:1512.05924v1 [q-fin.CP])
In this paper, we study a class of quadratic-exponential growth BSDEs with jumps. The quadratic structure was introduced by Barrieu & El Karoui (2013) and yields a very useful universal bound on the possible solutions. With the bounded terminal condition as well as an additional local Lipschitz continuity, we give a simple and streamlined proof for the existence and the uniqueness of the solution. The universal bound and the stability result for the locally Lipschitz BSDEs with coefficients in the BMO space enable us to show the strong convergence of a sequence of globally Lipschitz BSDEs. The result is then used to generalize the existing results on the Malliavin's differentiability of the quadratic BSDEs in the diffusion setup to the quadratic-exponential growth BSDEs with jumps.
